WHORE is the best trainer ever! She raised me from since I was a tiny Azurill and she uses me a lot even though I have the useless Thick Fat ability. New Concept: Offline Friendship
For me, this is how I rank it.

- Set up like a charisma bar, but for real life
- Everyone starts neutral
- 'Needle' shifts left or right (Positive or negative)
- Time spent hanging out has the potential to earn 'milestone' perks (e.g., types of jokes that can be said)
- Negative and Positive values are based on ethics, how they carry themselves, etc

Most people sit around neutral or positive, with friend status being a milestone, at least in my experience.
